Outreach
Our healthcare outreach in Zanzibar provides free medical and dental services to underserved communities, supports clinics like Kizimkazi Health Centre with staffing and training, and delivers essential health education on prevention, women’s health, and community wellbeing. Working closely with the Ministry of Health and local professionals, we help strengthen the region’s healthcare system and expand access to safe, reliable care.

First-Ever Mobile Dental Chair in Orange Trust History
In 2025, we introduced our first portable dental chair and compressor, allowing us to deliver proper clinical dentistry anywhere in rural Zanzibar.
This transformed our ability to:
- Perform safe extractions and restorations
- Run mobile clinics inside villages and madrasahs
- Standardise infection control
- Treat children comfortably in community settings
This was a milestone moment in expanding dental care across East Africa.
