Homeless Distribution
Each winter, our charity carries out a Homeless Pack Distribution program in London to help the city’s homeless community survive harsh conditions. Our volunteers assemble packages with thermal clothing, underwear, hygiene items, and water which we hand out directly to over 1,000 homeless individuals. Seeing how something as simple as a warm coat and clean socks can uplift someone's spirits inspires us to expand this initiative which has touched so many lives already.
State-school outreach workshops
Our state school outreach workshops are designed to inspire and equip students with the tools they need to pursue higher education and achieve their goals. We visit schools to deliver engaging sessions on university pathways, including UCAS preparation, interview techniques, and effective study strategies. Beyond academic guidance, we offer young people the opportunity to join our volunteer programmes, where they can develop teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. These experiences not only enhance their CVs for future opportunities but also build confidence, resilience, and a sense of social responsibility.
Pen - Pal Exchange Program
We also run an international pen pal program between students at UK schools and children in East and North African nations where we operate our outreach projects. Kids exchange handwritten letters and artwork in order to form friendships and gain perspective on daily life for peers growing up in dramatically different environments. Our volunteers facilitate respectful conversations focused on common interests like sports, games, music, family dynamics and future dreams to celebrate our similarities and discuss contrasts constructively. The connections youth forge teach them invaluable lessons about compassion while expanding their worldviews. Seeing the joy these newfound friendships spark firsthand motivates older students to get involved with our charitable work overseas once they graduate. By nurturing global cooperation and understanding from a young age, we hope to inspire society’s future leaders to be dedicated advocates for international development and cooperation.
Creative Fundraising Campaigns
Fundraising for our education and outreach work involves creative and adventurous charity events open to all ages. Past initiatives our incredible supporters took part in include climbing the O2 Arena dome, organizing charity dinners and auctions at top London venues, skydiving at 15,000 feet, and planning colorful cultural events like Ramadan Iftars. We are continuously stunned by people’s generosity and sense of adventure when it comes to raising money to fuel our charity's mission.
