The mission of four doctors from London King's College University, who travel to Tanzania and Zanzibar as part of the Orange Trust Charity to deliver essential medical care, is remarkable. Beginning their journey on the mainland, they provide crucial support to an orphanage centre before embarking on a boat to Zanzibar. There, they extend their outreach to remote communities, offering medical assistance and forging meaningful connections with the locals.
