The Orange Trust is guided by a dedicated Executive Team who oversee our global programmes and ensure our work remains sustainable, accountable, and community-driven. Each member brings extensive experience across humanitarian development, healthcare outreach, education, project management, and international charity governance.

  • Setting long-term strategy and safeguarding the organisation’s vision and sustainability

  • Developing and approving policies, programmes, and expansion plans

  • Ensuring strong governance, transparency, and ethical practice across all regions

  • Supporting and guiding deployment teams, volunteers, and local partners

  • Managing high-level relationships with government ministries, community leaders, and international stakeholders
